1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of anedyaenterprise.com (the "Site"), operated by Anedya Enterprise, Ahmedabad, India. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Any commercial engagement (purchase, deployment, or support of Anedya Enterprise products) is governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work between Anedya Enterprise and the customer. Those agreements override these website Terms where they overlap.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or related infrastructure.
  • Scrape or programmatically harvest content beyond what reasonable search-engine and accessibility tools require.
  • Misrepresent yourself or your organisation when submitting inquiries.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, copy, and product names — including Anedya Enterprise, ScanNetra, and EnergyNetra — are owned by Anedya Enterprise. You may not reproduce or republish substantial portions of the Site without prior written permission, except as fair use for commentary, news, or research.

4. Marketing claims

Numbers and case examples on the Site (e.g. "50+ live installations", "4ms duplicate detection") describe Anedya Enterprise's general experience and product capabilities at the time of publication. Specific commitments for any engagement are documented in the corresponding Statement of Work, not in marketing copy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Anedya Enterprise disclaims all warranties — express or implied — about the Site's accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Product warranties for our software are documented in the applicable Master Services Agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Anedya Enterprise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Direct liability arising from website use is capped at INR 1,000.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

8. Changes to these terms

We update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
