Yes. ScanNetra is hardware agnostic. We integrate with the barcode/QR scanners, label printers, and PLCs already on your line. Standard protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC-UA) and most major scanner brands are supported. If you have something unusual, we'll evaluate it during the discovery call.
Timelines depend on plant complexity, integrations, and your team's availability. We scope each engagement during a discovery visit and give you a phased plan, not a fixed brochure number. Most plants see a working pilot on one line before scaling across the rest.
ScanNetra runs locally on plant servers. Critical operations — scanning, validation, sequential dispatch — continue to work even if internet to the customer portal is interrupted. Data syncs once connectivity is restored.
Data is stored on infrastructure you control — typically on-premise plant servers or a private cloud account. We do not pool customer data. Access is role-based with audit logs on every read and write.
Yes — both directions. ScanNetra exposes a clean API your ERP or MES can pull from, and we can also build a custom integration that pushes data into your system on our side. Standard interfaces (REST, flat-file) work out of the box, and your IT team sets the contract — we build to it.
We don't disappear after go-live. Plants we deployed years ago still ship every day on systems we maintain. The exact support model — response times, monitoring depth, review cadence — is agreed up-front in your engagement contract, so you only pay for the level of cover you need.
