1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to Anedya Enterprise, a company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us", "our"). It covers personal data collected through our website at anedyaenterprise.com and through direct interactions with our team.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to evaluate inquiries and deliver our services:

  • Inquiry form data: name, company, business email, business phone, industry, product interest, and any message you choose to share.
  • Contact records: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, and our replies.
  • Basic site analytics: aggregated, anonymized data about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, browser type), collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies are set and no personal identifiers are collected. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange demos.
  • To deliver and support our products under signed engagements.
  • To improve the website and our communications.
  • To comply with applicable Indian laws.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Your data stays inside Anedya Enterprise unless one of the following applies:

  • Service providers: form-handling (Web3Forms), site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), email, and similar tools that operate under their own published privacy terms. We share only the minimum needed.
  • Legal compliance: if compelled by an Indian court or law-enforcement authority acting under valid process.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as the engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically 24 months) for contractual, audit, and warranty reasons. We delete or anonymize data sooner if you ask us to and we have no legal obligation to retain it.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure where no overriding legal obligation applies.
  • Withdraw consent for processing at any time.
  • File a grievance with our Data Protection Officer (see §9).

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access for staff, audit logs on production systems, and regular security reviews. No system is perfect — if you believe your data has been exposed, contact us immediately.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
